欧盟中欧教育研究基金会主席致辞
The Prepschool in China offers students the opportunity to gradually get used to being in the West and get over the culture shock that they experience in the first few months.
Students improve their language and study skills, so that when they start their chosen university degree program, they are ready and able to get the best out of themselves. Methods of teaching and learning in Western universities, and therefore also in the Prepschool in China, are very interactive. Students need to be good team players, working together, learning from each other, giving presentations, sharing the knowledge they have gathered to provoke discussion etc.
This challenging program also includes regular excursions to places of interest, to broaden students' knowledge of the culture and history of Europe and especially the Netherlands.

欧盟中欧教育研究基金会荷兰项目办公室(China-Europe Education & Research Foundation,简称CHEER），是在原有“荷兰教育中心（DECC）”的基础上成立的教育研究服务性机构。
由十余所荷兰著名公立大学和院校发起，自1995年来，经过十年的发展历程，已成为一个拥有自己的教育基地，提供国际教育咨询、教育培训和教育交流服务的综合性国际教育组织，目前已经发展成为在欧洲大陆、英国和中国设有常设机构，209名全职员工，并拥有多达400个来自英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、荷兰、法国、瑞典、丹麦、芬兰、挪威等十五个国家的成员（包括高等教育机构和组织，优秀的教授和专家等），是中国最早推广荷兰教育的非官方机构。
自1999年来，Cheer 一直尽力经营着高水准的教育交流，合作办学和招生，并每年协助1000名学生实现他们的实习，毕业任务和出国留学愿望，我们已成功向荷兰几十所公立大学输送了超过4500名优秀的中国学生。我们在荷兰的阿姆斯特丹以及中国的北京、上海、沈阳都设有自己的分支机构，在全国有40多家代理。
目前，基金会的主要日常工作始终围绕在教育这条主线上，核心业务包括教育资本重组、教育理论研究、职业教育、教育捐助、教育交流及招生工作。Cheer 的主要使命是在中欧教育和研究之间建立一座交流的桥梁。
China-Europe Education & Research Foundation
China-Europe Education & Research Foundation(CHEER),with the original foundation of "the Dutch education center (DECC)" establishes education research service organization.
It is initiated by ten Dutch famous public universities and the colleges, from 1995, passed through ten years development course, has become the comprehensive international education organization which owns education base, provides the international education consultation,the education trains and the education exchange service, it has already grown into an international organization with 400 members.
It has standing offices in Europe continent, UK and China, with 209 full time staff members. Cheer's members are distributed over more than 15 countries, such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Holland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway( include higher education institutions, organizations, leading professors and experts).
It is the earliest China NGO Education Organization which promotes Holland education. Since 1999, its operations expanded with the establishment of CHEER consortium, to facilitate higher education exchange and recruitment.
CHEER facilitates more than 1000 students a year to study abroad, or do a placement or graduation assignment. We have assisted over 4,500 outstanding Chinese students enter into the Dutch several dozens public universities successful. We have set own branch office, like as Amsterdam in Holland as well as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang in China, has more than 40 agents in China.
At this moment, CHEER foundation mainly focuses on the field of education, which includes education investment, education research, vocational education, education donation, education exchange and student recruitment. The mission of CHEER consortium is to provide a bridge link and a platform between China and the West in the field of research and education.
